Iscaiola Salad (copied from Massimo's)

If anybody reads Stephanie Plum, she has that series set in the Chambersburg section of Trenton... the Italian neighborhood. I stole this salad from Massimo's which is one of the best 'Burg restaurants. (in my opinion)


Spring mix
Fresh mozzarella sliced with roasted red pepper on top
Portobello's grilled with a bit of olive oil
Red onion
Olives
Grilled shrimp
grape tomatoes
balsamic vinaigrette

It's a good salad... almost as good at home as it is from the restaurant.
