ResourcesReady to start low carbing the right way? Here are some very helpful links. Remember stay away from the "fake" products such as shakes, bars, etc. One of the largest reasons for people stalling or not even starting to loose weight is due to the "fake" foods that rely heavily on sugar alcohols. These stall so many people it's not funny! The first link bellow is to a support board that I owe my success to because I was stalled out and about to give up when I found it. Thanks guys!Atkins support board This board is an excellent resource for help and questions about the Atkins diet. It has helped me so much. Atkins recipe board This board has a ton of recipe's for the Atkins diet. Those on induction need to pay special attention though to make sure the dish is acceptable for induction. Boston Kitty's recipe site This recipe site has a ton of dishes sorted into catagories and is also an excellent resource for new dishes. Fitday This site will let you enter all the food you eat in a day and enter custom dishes to track your carbs. This is VERY important to those on the Atkins diet. Tracking carbs will mean the difference between success and failure. Offical Atkins site Last but certainly not least is the Atkins site started by Dr. Atkins as an online resource for those of us on this WOL (Way Of Life) or curious about it. If you can't buy the book or check it out of the library you can find all the information you need to follow this plan on this site.
