I slacked off while on weight watchers, I don't want to build any muscle while trying to lose weight. I've been doing some biking here and there. My new exercise is going to be T-Tapp once the DVD arrives. It sounds interesting. You can google it. I know someone who tried it and swears it's great. Heck, I'm up for anything that's different, I hate the same old thing ... but I love riding my bike :-H:-H:-H:-H
