Wow ambitious - I can not even imagine a string

bikini!!!! Maybe never. Good for you - that is a great goal. I am in the gym all the time and I used to do 30 minutes on the elliptical and 30 on the bike. Now I tend to only do 30 minutes on elliptical or an hour class. I have gotten tired of the machines so I am doing the classes - I like the step and if I am careful the knees are OK. I do weights 3 times a week but have been slowing down. Turns out I actually lost muscle over the last 6 months - my trainer thinks I have worked too hard. Anyway, now I am on a new weight routine. My muscles are under here somewhere!!! Too bad fo my loose skin!
