I try to take them every 4 hours as prescribed, but more than 3 in one day give me a headache. And I don't like taking them after 7pm, as I take Lunesta to sleep.

And I've even been being nicer to my back. I don't know. Can I just chop my head off and put some electrodes on it like that one movie? :-D
