but careful with the Vics. Can't take too many at once or too close, otherwise you can shut down your breathing. Please be very careful and dose according to directions. I was taking most of mine at night, and started to overdose because it was too much too soon. I spread it out now, and it also gives me a better handle on the pain. I take it before the pain starts so I'm ahead of the game. Not sure how you even got 10 mg. Vics, I can only get 5 mg. Yowza!!! I know you don't want to hear it, but maybe it's time to honestly consider surgery??? The advancements they have made in the last 12 years since I had mine, are mind boggling. You have to consider your quality of life also, and how much longer you are willing to sacrifice your health and well being. Big stuff. Hang in there kid. :-a
