not comming home on time
Not answering the call waiting while on the phone
not completing chore list--which I pay them for
If they do the chore list they don't do a good job
Not doing simple tasks like haning your towel up after their showers--they just leave it on the floor.
Simple things, but I think they need to be able to be told to do a task and they have the skills to complete it. This is an important life skill to me.
