Yes, the cortisone shots have done nothing

for me at all. It gives relief for about a week and that's it. I just got new orthotics so I have to give those some time and he wants me to go to physical therapy also. Haven't done that yet, but that is next step. It is so excruciating at times, I can't imagine having to live the rest of my life in this pain!
