The one I have is from beginners to advanced.

I found the section I like, it's Beginners "Good Morning".. none of those down ward dog or any type of stretch that involves standing.

They are basically stretching of the legs feet and back from a sitting position. Then the last 5 mins is just relaxation and breathing. I did it all last week and it felt great. Forgot yesterday but I'll start again today.
