Day 3 of bad lower belly pain, slight fever & chills. Went to Dr yesterday and had to have an internal exam...she was thinking maybe ovarian cyst. She felt nothing, but is sending me today for a ultrasound (I have to drink the water like when I was pregnant) and one of those lovely transvaginal ultrasounds. 
I hope they figure out WTF this is and FIX it pronto since it's less than 2 weeks until my big trip.
