took ambien and thought i was sleeping GREAT....wasn't losing any weight...would wake up and the kitchen would be messy....told the ole boy he should clean up after himself at night...he told me it was ME ....was i pithed....thought it was cruel...shortly
after saw something on CNN about ambien and nocturnal eating and how it has an amnesiac in it....blew me away...
kept taking the ambien...we have many family stories of me and things that happened on it...i switched to Lunesta...
it is a frightening thing to be doing things...having conversations....and EATING and not remembering or enjoyin it...if i had not experienced this myself i would say it's BS..."L"
