I mean really, would you want her representing you in any matter? She's not a professional. Professional people don't talk about other people's business.
Word will get around. This may be why she hasn't practiced law in awhile (if I remember your original post). If you use an attorney at the firm she may go to work for, tell him about your experience with your neighbor.
DEFINITELY go for the chicken house plans. Chickens are a good 4H project for kids. Laying hens will provide your son with a good project a lots of fresh eggs for you and your friends.
Yummm, fresh hen eggs.
Get the word out that you are planning on raising chickens.
Start marking out the area for the chicken coops.
Start asking around for how many people or bakeries or restaurants you could sell fresh eggs to.
Go ahead and get a rooster. You can keep him in a pen. He'll crow bright and early every morning. Hopefully her bedroom is next to the property line.
